Working Hour

• 5.5 days / week & Normal working hours
• Monday to Thursday : 8.45am – 5.45pm
• Friday : 8.45am – 4.45pm
• Saturday : Half Day from 8am – 12pm (claim as OT)
• Sunday : Compulsory Off

Job Scope

Perform outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment

Assist in payment plans, locating debtors in order to begin the recovery process, and negotiating debt payments, negotiate payment settlements on recoverable debt.

Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

Assisting customers to make workable repayment arrangement.

Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment issues.

Follow up calls with customers.

Data Maintenance and Data Entry

Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.

Maintaining customer payment records.

Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
