Main Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate between R&D and production departments to promote the process transfer of lithium battery structural components (e.g., enclosures, end caps), ensuring the pilot production schedule (e.g., mold development, production line commissioning) proceeds as planned.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources (e.g., equipment, materials, technical support) to resolve engineering issues during production (e.g., stamping die failures, welding accuracy deviations).
2. Technical Document Management
Prepare production procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI), and ensure the production team strictly follows technical standards (e.g., dimensional tolerances, surface treatment requirements).Track Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes, update BOMs and process drawings, and communicate new standards to the production and quality departments.3. Equipment & Process Optimization
Assist the equipment department with the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment (e.g., stamping machines, laser welders), and promote automated production line upgrades (e.g., robotic loading / unloading systems).Collect production data (e.g., capacity, yield rate) and work with technical teams to optimize process parameters (e.g., stamping pressure, welding speed) to improve production efficiency.4. Cross-Department Communication
Coordinate with the supply chain team on technical specifications of raw materials (e.g., aluminum hardness, coating thickness) to ensure material compliance with production standards.Provide technical feedback to customers on production issues with structural components and participate in quality review meetings (e.g., PPAP, FMEA) to promote implementation of solutions.Qualification requirements :
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Working experience requirement :
Over 2 years of experience
in engineering coordination within the new energy manufacturing industry; candidates with project management experience in lithium battery structural components are preferred. Familiarity with lithium battery production processes (e.g., stamping, CNC, surface treatment) is required.
Proficient in
CAD drawing software and ERP systems; skilled in problem-solving tools such as 8D and PDCA. Good communication skills in both
Chinese and English
are essential.
