Engineering Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

• Coordinate between R&D and production departments to promote the process transfer of lithium battery structural components (e.g., enclosures, end caps), ensuring the pilot production schedule (e.g., mold development, production line commissioning) proceeds as planned.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources (e.g., equipment, materials, technical support) to resolve engineering issues during production (e.g., stamping die failures, welding accuracy deviations).

Qualification requirements :

Working experience requirement :

Over 2 years of experience

in engineering coordination within the new energy manufacturing industry; candidates with project management experience in lithium battery structural components are preferred. Familiarity with lithium battery production processes (e.g., stamping, CNC, surface treatment) is required.

Proficient in

CAD drawing software and ERP systems; skilled in problem-solving tools such as 8D and PDCA. Good communication skills in both
