Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Administrators in their daily tasks.
- Support and liaise closely with the operation and People & Organization (P&O) on all matters involving employees.
- Provide HR related guidance, support and communication to in-house staff.
- Engage regularly with employees to maintain good staff morale.
- Plan and lead recruitment as well as oversee the onboarding requirements of new hires.
- Monitor turnover levels, create reports and implement necessary measures to keep this under check.
- Oversee staff attendance records, leave plans and medical leave records.
- Track employee disciplinary records and coordinate the reporting process to stakeholders.
- Compile and prepare reports as required.
- Provide documentation for audits and monitor compliance.
- Attend and participate in meetings with customers.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.Minimum 3 years leadership experience in HR or Admin.Proficient with MS applications.Good interpersonal and people management skills.Meticulous with strong administration skills.Diligent and able to work independently.Right to work and live in Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
