Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing Maintenance Computerized Systems (CMMS) for issuance of work orders, purchasing requests, and all related maintenance activities.
• Implementation of short and long term maintenance strategies with respect to improve lifespan and reliability of equipment.
• Generate maintenance task schedules and job assignments to Supervisors and Technicians.
• Requisition supplies, equipment and spare parts for the Instrumentation and Control department.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluation report and recommendation report for Tender Board approval.
• Attend, manage, troubleshoot and rectify breakdown, tripping and incidents on control systems or instrumentation installations.
• Investigate and analyse all tripping and breakdown incidents related to electrical systems and equipment and prepare investigation / finding reports.
• Prepare maintenance analysis reports, finding reports, Root Cause Analysis reports including recommendation reports.
• Monitor critical spare parts and ensure they are maintained at the required level and replenish stock.
• Assist in the development, implementation and enforcement of plant safety practices that promote an injury- and accident-free workplace.
• Maintain required maintenance documentation such as maintenance reports, service reports, testing certificates, and commissioning reports.
• Comply with all applicable SHEQ, legal requirements and stakeholders’ specifications by establishing policies, programmes and practices to conduct operations in a healthy, safe and environmentally sound manner with safety first, quality foremost & pursuing excellence.
• Perform other additional tasks that are relevant and necessary to accomplish the company objectives, which may be assigned from time to time.
