Job Responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on driving online sales growth and enhancing customer experience.
• Manage and optimize online sales channels, including the company website and third-party marketplaces, to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform e-commerce strategies and product development.
• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
• Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize online sales and marketing efforts.
• Lead and manage e-commerce projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with business goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations.
