What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Take ownership of design projects and brand accounts, driving them from concept to execution.Efficiently handle multi-projects by prioritizing tasks, and manage your own timeline.Independently manage social media shoots (e.g., Product photoshoot, IGS event coverage, IG reels) and ensure visual consistency across platforms.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative sessions, and present your ideas confidently.Assist in pitches or new projects when required.Provide assistance / guidance to other team members when in need.The Profile
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a digital or creative agency.Degree or diploma in Digital Media Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.A self-starter attitude with a proactive mindset, always ready to take initiative.Comfortable using a DSLR for photo and video shoots for social media.Experience in designing responsive websites and collaborating with web design teams.Basic understanding of front-end development principles.The Employer
