Facility Assistant, Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang)

Responsibilities
- Electrical knowledge particularly in handling lighting system power distribution and basic troubleshooting of warehouse equipment. (diagnose fault)
- Quickly assess and resolve operational issues affecting facility functionality.
- Attend to breakdown and maintenance complaints promptly.
- Develop a preventive and corrective maintenance system for the warehouse and ensure it is carried out accordingly.
- Carry out installation and commissioning work as requested by the operations team.
- Conduct minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting (e.g., lighting, power outlets, extension cords) and diagnose faults.
- Manage MHE and other machinery vendors to ensure smooth operation.
- Attend to and advise external vendors during major installation or repair work.
- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing taps or fittings.
- Perform ad hoc or other jobs assigned by stakeholders.
- Willing to work overtime or after hours for urgent tasks, facility repair, or special projects.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.At least 2 years of experience in courier service / logistics / warehousing.A good team player and able to lead a team independently.Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Good coordination and organizational skills.Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email.Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang.Working pattern : 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required (up to 6 days).Seniority level
