Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse business in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment
• Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within the team
• Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented in the warehouse
• Conduct data analyses on performance such as targets, attrition, cost savings to develop insights and propose action plans for optimization, focusing on recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement
• Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess and negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency
• Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
• Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to upper management
