E-Commerce – Logistic Officer

Job descriptionb) Food pick up and arrangement from tenants to riders to shoppers (Click&Carry / Curbside Pickup / Food Delivery / Swift Delivery) in a timely manner. c) Loading, transporting, and delivery items to shoppers in a safe, timely manner. d) Assist office to dispatch goods (if any). Reviewing orders before and after delivery arrangement to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct. Handle proper daily transactions, generate reports with proper filing and basic analysis for optimization. Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries. Assist administration on data and product uploading and maintenance. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by superior(s). Minimum Diploma in logistic or other relevant disciplines with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing and logistics Own Class B (motorbike) and D driving license (manual car preferred) Pleasant and cheerful personality with customer service-oriented mindset Good communication and interpersonal skills Multi-lingual with good problem-solving skills Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize delivery orders Able to work 6 days a week and shift hours of a mall operating hours, weekends and public holidays You will be remunerated with Good Salary based on experience Working with stable & well-established company Strategic location – safe environment
We are looking for an energetic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our e-commerce logistics team. Your areas of responsibilities will include logistics management and administration work within an exciting retail e-commerce environment.

a) Pick up and sorting goods from tenants to packaging parcels based on scheduled time frame and dateline for the orders.
