Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Records Management or other related fields. Legal studies background is a plus. At least 3 years of working experience in related field. Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken (English and Bahasa Malaysia). Enjoys reading and pays attention to detail. Sharp with numbers and good with analysis. In 2018, EFFICIENT expanded its IT outsourcing services into Cyber Security services by providing 24 x 7 x 365 days comprehensive managed security services to businesses. Document Storage segment and IT services segment are two core business segments of the Group.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Reading and reviewing agreements / contracts.
- Preparing pricing proposals and doing cost analysis.
- Understanding on basic business terms and negotiation concepts.
- Interacting with customers and all level of staff.
