Responsible for the daily management and accounting tasks of the store.
Handle goods outbound, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out), issuing materials / goods upon request, carefully verifying documents to ensure accuracy of outbound data.
Receive incoming goods, strictly follow regulations for material inspection, process storage, and organize placement.
Implement measures for theft prevention, fire safety, moisture-proofing, and pollution control of materials.
Label on-site materials with relevant information such as manufacturer, quantity, and in / outbound dates.
Assist in monthly inventory checks to ensure consistency between records, physical stock, and cards, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Verify inbound / outbound data in the ERP system and upload relevant reports after confirmation.
Recycle, register, and dispose of old materials according to the "Trade-in Policy," and manage tool issuance with tool cards.
Handle weighbridge operations and data processing, as well as accounting and tracking of bulk raw materials.
Monitor and supervise outsourced operations, reporting issues promptly.
Conduct daily warehouse inspections and maintain 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
