Responsibilities

• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate clearly the uniqueness of the value proposition.
• Successfully match customer pain / requirements to proposed solutions.
• Be willing to travel and work independently.
• Assist & collaborate with other department if necessary.
• Issue credit notes / debit notes if adjustments are needed.
• Receive, verify, and record supplier / vendor invoices.
• Check against PO (Purchase Order), DO (Delivery Order), and contract terms (3-way matching).
• Support team for system installation.
• Ensure the cleanliness of motor vehicles assigned.
• Accountable to carry out tasks as assigned by Project Supervisor.
• Provide technical support / repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
• Perform house cleaning and field-related tasks as required in real estate contexts.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Oversee supplier relationships to ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Lead negotiations, contract development, and establishment of long-term agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular evaluations.
• Develop compelling proposals that showcase value to clients and participate in pre-sales activities.
• Nurture customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of client expectations.
• Participate in engineering and maintenance projects; support drafting and compilation of engineering reports and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues; ensure coding standards and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes; assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate safety, Health and Environment awareness programs in line with OSHA requirements.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in information security; perform network traffic analysis to improve security policies.
• Conduct QC tests on products and troubleshoot; ensure equipment calibration and non-conforming parts handling.
• Attend meetings and provide updates; raise and monitor quality deficiency reports as assigned.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting related to M365 connectivity; ensure timely ticket updates.
