Job Overview :
We are hiring a Mandarin speaking Customer Success Specialist (CSS) on behalf of our client, a leading global e-commerce brand.
In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls and emails, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. You will be part of a high-performing, multicultural support team that represents the clients values of professionalism, quality, and customer-first service.
What you will do :
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email
- Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle payments and sensitive data securely
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs

Minimum qualification : SPM or equivalent and aboveLanguages : Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work on a 24 / 7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidaysAt least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatoryFresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially those with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields)What we offer
