Job descriptionPossess a Degree / Advance Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant fields. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the steel structure , scaffolding , or related construction and engineering industries. At least 3 years of experience in overseas business development , including handling international clients, projects, or markets Strong negotiation, analysis, and communication skills. Fluent English, any other language will be a plus. Solid customer service skill, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance Willing to travel overseas for site visit
Company Background :
We are representing our client, a well-established and leading steel manufacturer specializing in Steel Grandstand Systems and Stadium Roofing solutions. They are currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team and support their global business.
Salary : RM8,000 - RM10,000 + Commission
Working Day : 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm (Mon - Fri)
Work Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Responsibilities :
- To support the implementation of sales strategies and drive revenue growth in international markets.
- Assist in developing and focusing of sales in seating products (modular grandstand and stadium project).
- Assist in analysis new incoming grandstand enquiry by clearly questioning the prospect (analysis phase), following by creating grandstand layout with economical proposal.
- Assist in conducting negotiations with new prospects to secure favorable terms and conditions for sales contract.
- Manage the entire order processing cycle including quotation, contract, payment, and delivery schedule.
