What is your mission?
Let’s talk about what you will do as a Marketing Development Specialist :
Service as a specialist in B2B acquisition demand generation and sales prospecting to generate sales qualified leads from campaigns in the assigned customer segment and / or geographic territory and drive outbound demand generation through high volume cold calling and social media in support of company promotion and campaigns within SLA.Implement strategies like webinars, email campaigns and social media marketing to generate RSVP & potential leads.Researching and identifying prospective customers through various channels.Engaging with leads to determine their interest and suitability for the client’s products and services.Working closely with sales teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads that align with overall business objectives.Developing targeted, value‑driven outreach to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.Build relationships and communicate with IT Management level within campaign leads provided.Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and promotions and keep up‑to‑date on knowledge of the company.Who are we looking for?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Minimum academic qualification : Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field.1–2 years (Junior Level) and 3–5 years (Mid to Senior Level) experience in inside sales and marketing within the technology sector.Strong understanding of IT Enterprise Products & Services, sales / customer buying cycles, and the BANT framework.Proven track record in telemarketing, sales, or marketing development within the B2B IT market.Must have experience using CRM Sales modules (e.g. Salesforce).Familiar with outbound calling and sourcing own leads to build and maintain a sales pipeline.Familiar with handling the APAC region and its market dynamics.Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within internal teams.About TDCX
