Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects for all areas inside Hartalega NGC premises (Production lines, QA dept, Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, Offices).
• Perform electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting and wiring work.
• Perform LOTO for all isolation work.
• Troubleshoot machines and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
• Be ready for on-call duty after working hours.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Minimise downtime by performing tasks efficiently.
• Provide feedback to superior regarding outstanding issues / items.
• Improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Ensure works / jobs are completed with high efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with other departments / plants for activities involving multiple departments.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved.
• Practice self-safety for all works performed.
• Ensure all documents are completed and kept in compliance with ISO; maintain all records (checklists, etc.).
• Ensure all works / jobs meet standard compliance.
• Rectify complaints from customers (internal or external).
• Carry out any tasks assigned by superiors.
• Adhere to company rules, policies, and regulations.
• Ensure burners for ovens operate efficiently.
• Perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
• Take care of all tooling and properties provided.
• Attend all trainings offered and relevant to the role.
• Assist other plant maintenance as needed or instructed by superior.
