Process Engineer

Additionally, you have :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).

5+ years of experience in process engineering or related manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of process development, FMEA, and control plans.

Experience with machine programming, calibration, and maintenance.

Proven track record in continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Your daily responsibilities include :

Drive fundamental process development, including new process introduction and release of machines / processes.

Prepare and maintain process documentation, such as machine programming, instructions, FMEA, and control plans.

Plan and manage CAPEX for machines and processes, ensuring alignment with production needs.

Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Provide 1st & 2nd line support for production, ensuring timely resolution of machine and process issues.

Oversee machine calibration and preventive maintenance to sustain equipment performance.

Collaborate with suppliers on technical requirements and process improvements.

Execute process transfers while applying DfX principles to enhance manufacturability and reliability.
