About The Job

Danone Specialized Nutrition Business Services is seeking an IT & Data Regional Cybersecurity Manager based in Malaysia. The role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global technology and cybersecurity risk strategy and initiatives across the region, protecting digital assets, infrastructure and sensitive data against internal, external, and emerging threats. It requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams in global and regional functions to support technology and cyber risk activities, aligning with internal controls and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive incident reports, analysis summaries, and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
• Maintain meticulous records of incidents, investigations, and mitigation efforts.
• Support the design and implementation of a strategy that aligns with global and regional cybersecurity internal controls and initiatives.
• Assist region and business units in identifying, analyzing mitigation plans, and monitoring technology and cybersecurity risks.
• Lead projects and assist on internal and external review and audit activities.
• Evaluate control effectiveness timely and refine control objectives where required.
• Remain informed about emerging threats, new technologies, and evolving risk management practices.
• Participate in reviewing technology and cyber risk metrics reporting.
• Work closely with the regional cybersecurity lead on overall activities and remain informed.
• Prepare regular reporting to the leadership team, translating technology and cyber risks into a strategic view and recommending ways forward.
