The Opportunity
This position exists to operationally address risk when technology is used, deployed, and changed, ensuring technology survivability for critical business processes and optimizing cost ownership. Success is measured by continuous improvement in technology risk posture and value derived from ownership.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver audit readiness and compliance assurance by leading all IT-related internal and external audit engagements, coordinating timely execution and resolution of findings.
- Strengthen IT risk posture through proactive gap analysis, timely remediation of security vulnerabilities, and implementation of solutions aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Enable strategic IT governance and operational stability by providing accurate inputs for executive reporting, leading the Change Approval Board to justify and test IT changes with minimal business risk.
- Optimize IT financial governance by overseeing monthly spend analysis, guiding annual budgeting, validating related party transactions, and delivering timely financial reporting for key forums.
- Ensure procurement compliance and vendor governance by managing IT procurement activities, maintaining accurate record-keeping, and driving cost optimization through analysis of existing charges.
- Enhance IT resilience and regulatory readiness by coordinating local application teams with global infrastructure, leading annual business impact assessments, and supporting regulatory compliance testing.
Required Qualifications
University degree with 10-15 years of working experience.Experience in IT Finance accounting : budgeting, capitalization, accrual, payments, reporting, licensing, and subscriptions.Experience with IT Procurement processes : quotation, cost negotiation, contract drafting and review, and payments.Familiarity with IT Security-related processes.Familiarity with IT Strategy planning, KPI adherence, and target negotiation.Proven leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Change Request management and ITIL certifications.Experience in IT Disaster Recovery.Experience audited by internal and external auditors; exposure to COBIT framework.When You Join Our Team
