Working Hours : 9am~ 530pm (Monday - Friday) / 8.30am ~ 3pm (Sat)

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in purchasing materials and checking price
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system, including invoice quotation
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Training provided in reading BQ drawing and measurement
- Coordinate with warehouse to take stock count
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Job Requirement
At least 1-2 year of as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
