Company Background : Steel Manufacturing

Working Hours : 9am~ 530pm (Monday - Friday) / 8.30am ~ 3pm (Sat)

Working Location : Skudai

Salary Range : RM 2500 or above (Negotiable)

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist in purchasing materials and checking price
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, including invoice quotation
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Training provided in reading BQ drawing and measurement
  • Coordinate with warehouse to take stock count
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Job Requirement

  • At least 1-2 year of as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
