Job descriptionCandidate possesses at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field Candidates from a manufacturing background will have an added advantage Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field Applicants must be able to work in Jalan Kapar, Klang, Selangor Verbal and written communication skills in English are preferable Able to work independently, assertively, are self-driven, and possess analytical skills Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role
Overview
BSSB Leather & Fabric Chairs – Klang, Selangor
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team members on daily work / assigned tasks
- Daily customer updates
- Maintain customer files for easy information retrieval
- Understand the workflow of the factory for smooth sales operation
- Work closely with job-related departments (e.g., shipping and finance)
- Learn and follow up on information required from a new customer
- Set up and liaise with the Business Development Manager to ensure they provide all correct information
- Enter orders into the system promptly
- Assist in resolving logistics issues addressed by clients
