Job description

Requirements

  • Candidate must be able fluent & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English. For Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Entry level / 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Display good team work & Can work independently
  • Able to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbounds contacts received and outbounds contact made in the form of chats, emails & calls.
  • Arranging & coordinating for clients medical check-ups with clinics / hospital
  • Arranging medical report safely arrive from clinics / hospitals
  • Adhere to the Quality Assurance standards set
