Requirements

Candidate must be able fluent & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English. For Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Entry level / 1 year of experience in customer service
Display good team work & Can work independently
Able to start immediately

Responsibilities

Handle all inbounds contacts received and outbounds contact made in the form of chats, emails & calls.

Arranging & coordinating for clients medical check-ups with clinics / hospital

Arranging medical report safely arrive from clinics / hospitals

Adhere to the Quality Assurance standards set
