Operations Executive - Logistics

Job description

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics operations (freight, transport, warehousing).
Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams for smooth flow.
Handle documentation (import / export, customs, delivery orders, invoices).
Monitor KPIs and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Familiar with freight forwarding / warehouse systems preferred.
