Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations (freight, transport, warehousing).
  • Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
  • Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams for smooth flow.
  • Handle documentation (import / export, customs, delivery orders, invoices).
  • Monitor KPIs and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiar with freight forwarding / warehouse systems preferred.
