Key Responsibilities :
1. Videography
- Assist in planning, filming, and producing video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, promotional use).
- Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
- Follow scripts and storyboards to ensure cohesive and professional outputs.
2. Video Editing
Edit raw footage into refined, polished videos using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).Add sound effects, background music, motion graphics, and transitions to enhance video quality.Ensure final output adheres to brand guidelines and technical standards.Manage and archive video files systematically.3. Graphic Design & Digital Assets
Design and adapt digital assets for various platforms such as social media, websites, email newsletters, and digital ads.Support in creating layouts for printed marketing materials (brochures, posters, buntings, etc.).Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand identity and marketing messages.4. Image Editing & Visual Refinement
Perform photo editing tasks such as color correction, retouching, cropping, and background removal.Optimize images for different platforms and formats to ensure consistency and quality.5. Collaboration
Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and timelines.Assist in the development of storyboards and video scripts.Contribute ideas and suggestions during brainstorming and review sessions.6. Content Management
Upload and manage video content on digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, website).Ensure video formatting is suitable across various devices and channels.Monitor content performance and propose improvements based on analytics.Requirements
Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field.Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an added advantage.Strong visual design sense with keen attention to detail.Team-oriented, proactive, and open to constructive feedback.Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.Preferred Skills (Bonus) :
