Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Video and Graphic Designer. This role is pivotal in developing compelling visual content across digital channels including social media, podcast branding, websites, and multimedia campaigns to drive global brand awareness and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio of creative work, and a passion for visual storytelling within a B2B environment.
- General Responsibilities
- Design and produce multimedia content : short-form videos, animations, infographics, and visuals for global campaigns
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.)
- Manage video and creative asset libraries for PM Digital Marketing
- Maintain and evolve DKSH's visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, and storytellingExperience with design tools like Canva, Figma, or SketchKnowledge of aspect ratios, compression, and formats for digital contentUnderstanding of social media and web content best practices Strong creative and conceptual thinkingExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAttention to detail and commitment to brand consistencySelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple projectsComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentWork ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in digital design and video production, ideally in a B2B or global corporate settingPortfolio of previous work is required (including video and graphic samplesBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field
