Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including allowances, overtime, deductions, and incentives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and analysis for management review.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Attend to payroll-related queries from employees in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and F&B industry standards.
  • Support internal and external audits with payroll documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years payroll experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Skilled in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay : RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
