Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including allowances, overtime, deductions, and incentives.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee payroll records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and analysis for management review.
- Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Attend to payroll-related queries from employees in both English and Mandarin.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and F&B industry standards.
- Support internal and external audits with payroll documentation.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years payroll experience, preferably in the F&B industry.Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required.Strong knowledge of Malaysia payroll regulations and statutory requirements.Skilled in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Type : Full-time
