Job descriptionErstellen einer Territory-Diagnose und Identifizieren wichtiger Markttrends für den Sell-out Ausarbeiten von Taktiken für das eigene Gebiet (Markt, Kanal, Geografie, ...) Identifizieren und Rekrutieren neuer Vertriebspartner in Übereinstimmung mit der Ausrichtung der Region Ausführen von Geschäftsüberprüfungen (Business Reviews), Steuerung und ggf. Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen Entwicklung und Belebung der Partnerschaft 1. Erstellen von Dokumentationen und Anpassen von Programmen je nach Kunden 2. Sicherstellen einer angemessenen Ressourcenzuweisung zur Optimierung der Leistung von Michelin und seinen Partnern im Einklang mit der Vertriebsstrategie (einschließlich OMM, CatMan-Ansatz, ...) 3. Regelmäßige Mitteilungen und Aktualisierungen an Kunden / Partner, die sich auf ihre Geschäfte beziehen, geeignete Schulungslösungen für Partner, Messung der Leistung dafür und Vorschläge für Korrekturmaßnahmen. 4. Management der zugewiesenen Projekte durch Sicherstellung, dass die Programme mit den Kundenspezifikationen und -anforderungen übereinstimmen, Übergabe der jeweiligen Verantwortung an die Stakeholder Förderung und Valorisierung des Sell-Out-Ansatzes bei ausgewählten Kunden und Vertriebsmitarbeitern, um die jeweilige Leistung von Michelin und Partnern zu stärken. Nachverfolgen der Kundenzufriedenheit und Beitrag zu Maßnahmen zu deren Verbesserung. Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern / Händlern Entwickeln von Programmen Moderieren von Veranstaltungen Allgemeine Analyse
