Job Responsibility :

In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing,

and following up on purchase order delivery and shipment schedules

Ensure supplier quotation are align with the technical and commercial

specifications required for the product

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a

regular basis

Resolve supply, quality service and invoicing issues with vendors

Work closely with sales team to meet customer requirement products

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time &

best prices and ensure all the criteria are meet according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

Assist ISO Annual Performance Review of vendors.

Handle assigned ad-hoc tasks from HOD and management as required

Job Requirement :

Diploma in Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management, or

equivalent qualification in any field

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing Department or related field

Good negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of

commitment and initiative

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay

Experience with Autocount system will be an added advantage and proficient in

MS Office

Able to start work immediately is added advantage
