2S Packaging Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full time Purchasing Officer role in Taman Bukit Serdang, Selangor. Apply now to be part of our team.

    • Job Responsibility :

  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing,

    • and following up on purchase order delivery and shipment schedules

  • Ensure supplier quotation are align with the technical and commercial

    • specifications required for the product

  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a

    • regular basis

  • Resolve supply, quality service and invoicing issues with vendors
  • Work closely with sales team to meet customer requirement products
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time &

    • best prices and ensure all the criteria are meet according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

  • Assist ISO Annual Performance Review of vendors.
  • Handle assigned ad-hoc tasks from HOD and management as required

    • Job Requirement :

  • Diploma in Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management, or

    • equivalent qualification in any field

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing Department or related field
  • Good negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of

    • commitment and initiative

  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay
  • Experience with Autocount system will be an added advantage and proficient in

    • MS Office

  • Able to start work immediately is added advantage
