What You'll Do :

📜 Provide legal guidance on corporate matters, contracts, and compliance issues.

🔍 Review and draft legal documents to ensure clarity and compliance with applicable laws.

⚖️ Represent the company in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

🛡️ Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business operations.

🤝 Collaborate with various departments to minimize legal risks.

📈 Conduct training sessions for staff on legal best practices.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ A degree in law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.

✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.

✅ Strong understanding of commercial contracts and regulatory frameworks.

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
