About the Role
The company is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for its clients. This role is pivotal in driving traffic, boosting engagement, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital channels. The Executive will stay at the forefront of digital trends, directly shaping the online presence of major brands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Creation :
- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ideate and develop content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and XHS (Xiaohongshu) .
- Ensure a consistent and unified brand message is delivered across all social media platforms for assigned clients.
Community Management :
Actively monitor and engage with social media users , promptly responding to mentions, comments, and inquiries on X, Facebook, Instagram, and XHS to foster a positive community.Track and manage relationships with social media influencers for potential collaborations.Act as the digital face of the brand, managing customer interactions online.Analysis & Reporting :
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.Regularly monitor competitor social media activities and prepare detailed competitor analysis reports.Assist in compiling and analyzing social media performance reports , providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Business Development :
Involved in promoting the agency's services to potential clients.Requirements
Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with relevant experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and their content requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.Basic proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage (dealing with certain F&B clients), though not strictly mandatory.Proactive attitude, ability to voice issues constructively, and a strong team player mentality .Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and time-management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
