The candidate will support DMS, SAP MM, and DBM modules in the After Sales and parts environment, handling daily issues, change requests, and system enhancements. They will work closely with business users, dealers, and internal teams to analyze problems, provide solutions, and ensure smooth testing and implementation. We are seeking someone proactive, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player with good problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Support daily case or issue raise by business user. Advice and support user on functional change request and enhancement.
- Support DMS & MM / DBM modules issue or problems for SAP System (After Sales).
- Analyze and find out the error and root cause.
- Handle change request (minor impact) raised by business user. Advice and support user on functional change request and enhancement.
- Prepare functional spec and unit testing and documentation.
- Coordinate user acceptance test and signoff.
- Provide advice and 2nd level support on MM / SD / DBM functional issue to dealers and Proton user.
- Ad‑hoc projects and task assigned by Department Head.
Requirements
