JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO / SEM, with a robust portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. (Preferably for the Chinese market)
  • Proficiency in Baidu Analytics, Baidu Search Console, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and industry trends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keyword Research and Analysis :
  • Conducts in-depth keyword research to identify targeted keywords and phrases.
  • Analyzes keyword trends and competition, informing website content optimization.
  • On-Page Optimization :
  • Optimizes website content, meta tags, and headers for enhanced search engine visibility.
  • Ensures seamless integration of keywords, compelling content, and an enriching user experience.
  • Technical SEO :
  • Collaborates with web development teams to address technical SEO challenges.
  • Implements schema markup, enhances website speed, and rectifies crawl errors.
  • Content Strategy and Blog Creation :
  • Develops and executes content strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Creates and optimizes engaging blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
  • Link Building :
  • Cultivates and manages a strategic and diverse backlink profile.
  • Deploys white-hat link-building techniques to boost domain authority.
  • SEO Reporting and Analysis :
  • Monitors and analyzes website performance using tools like Baidu Analytics.
  • Provides regular reports on key SEO metrics, drawing actionable insights.
  • SEM Campaign Management :
  • Establishes and manages paid advertising campaigns (Baidu Ads etc.).
  • Optimizes ad copy, targeting, and budget allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • A / B Testing :
  • Conducts A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Competitor Analysis :
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Conducts thorough competitor analyses to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Creating Blog Content :
  • Develops and curates engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs.
  • Leverage blog posts to drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Certification in Baidu Ads or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
