Quality Assurance (Food manufacturing)

Job responsibilities :

• Monitor to ensure all practices and procedure are carried out in accordance to the system.
• Check to verify for compliance of all intermediary / finished product in all step of production.
• Manage the calibration schedule and review calibrations results.
• Investigate to report on non-compliance / s
• Prepare CAR on all NCRs
• Ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system
• Review and verify the heat treatment process
• Procure analysis test and results, MOH health certificates
• Verify export label before printing.
• To coordinate the compliance of the documentation of Quality Management system in accordance with VHM, HALAL and HACCP.
• Preparation of QA reports and documents.
• To assist in other departments to support the operational needs.
• To assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
• Working hours : Monday until Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm); Alternate Saturday (8.30 am – 1.30 pm)
• Working location : Bandar Kajang, Selangor (Nearby MRT Stadium Kajang, walking distance 3 mins)
