Role Description
Strategic Growth & Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target new potential clients and market segments, with a focus on brands seeking technologically advanced and efficient manufacturing partners.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the global athletic apparel market.
Relationship Management :
Cultivate and strengthen long‑term relationships with both new and existing key buyers and brands globally.Act as a primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating SIG's evolving capabilities, including our advancements in digitalization, AI integration (e.g., 3D sampling, design optimization), and sustainable manufacturing practices.Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Solutioning :
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Development, AI Design, Technical, Production, and Supply Chain, to develop tailored solutions that meet complex client demands.Work to ensure seamless integration of new client requirements into our modernized operational workflows.Commercial & Contract Negotiation :
Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and fostering strong, long‑term partnerships.Prepare, review, and analyze costing to meet buyer’s cost and pricing expectations.Market Representation & Brand Advocacy :
Represent SIG at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations, effectively showcasing our modernized capabilities and commitment to innovation and quality.Stay abreast of global industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in garment manufacturing.Qualifications
Business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunitiesStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsExperience in sales and marketing or a related fieldSelf‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independentlyProficiency in English; additional languages are an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
