Job Responsibilities
- To be jointly accountable for branch operational expenses and sales targets
- To ensure lead generation process in manage effectively
- To assist BM in acquiring new to bank customers and customer retention
- To share contribution on sales force productivity and other staff performance
- To ensure all operational procedures comply with manuals and other banking rules

Bachelors' degree in any field or equivalent banking industry experienceMinimum 3 years in branch operations, service and basic sales knowledgeExperience in banking industry on sales and marketing is added advantageExcellent verbal and accounting skillsGood understanding of banking regulatory
