What you'll be doing
Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities for private and commercial lifts, assess customer needs, and stay competitive in the lift industry.
Actively prospect and engage new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, deliver tailored presentations on products and services, and build strong client relationships.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences on behalf of the company to expand the network and represent the brand.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and effectively address customer complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall team performance.
Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure the timely and efficient installation of private and commercial lifts.
Monitor installation schedules, ensuring all projects adhere to arranged timelines and budgets.
Regularly communicate with clients, updating them on installation progress and addressing any concerns or adjustments to the schedule.
10. Support new and after-sales tendering processes, including follow up with quotations, contracts, and reports for maintenance and repair work.
11. Monitor and ensure the collection of payments for issued invoices, supporting financial stability and accountability.
12. Ensure that maintenance partners adhere to scheduled services, maintaining high standards for reliability and customer service.
13. To coordinate with technicians and sub-contractors on repair and maintenance work arrangement.
14. Verify invoices issued from maintenance partners / sub-contractors to ensure the pricings given are aligned with internal price lists.
15. To handle and monitor the lift audit, Jabatan Keselamatan Dan Kesihatan Perkerjaan (JKKP) taking over submission and the second schedule. Liaise with local authorities (JKKP) for safety inspections.
