About Us :

Expert Tours is a dynamic and fast-growing travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with travel planning including flights, hotels, tours, and visa support.
Provide destination insights and travel advice to enhance customer experience.
Manage bookings, amendments, cancellations, and documentation.
Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person.
Collaborate with travel partners and maintain vendor relationships.
Meet sales targets and contribute to marketing campaigns.

Requirements :

Strong interest or experience in the tourism and travel industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in email handling and basic office tools (MS Office / Google Suite).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations is a plus.
