JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute and Delivery of Packaging Artwork projects for APAC & Middle East Market
- Involved in Project Coordination and Management in Print Artwork or Print Production
- Coordinate and Followup with various departments to ensure instructions are proper escalated and work is carried out properly on time.
- Keep track of Project timeline and schedule
- Provide a high level of customer service via telephone, email, written communication or personal contact to resolve mostly routine problems and requests.
- Identify and assess customers' service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed.
- Ensure order instructions and information are submitted accurately and per customer specifications.
- Maintain current and accurate order entry information in all required software programs.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Working on Artwork Management system
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma or GEDHigh Proficiency inEnglish and excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Comfortable with working hours from11 am to 8 pm (Mon to Fri)
Comfortable in supporting projects inAPAC and Middle East market
Priorclient management / customer service / client facing
experience would be preferrred
2 to 3 years ofProject Coordination / Project Management / Project Administration
experience in Creative / Advertising / Design projects
Candidate should have relevant working experience in Design / Creative / Advertising / Marketing agenciesFamiliar withArtwork and Commercial Print processes
Comfortable to work independently with minimal supervisoryStrong client engagement, coordination and management experience.Excellent communication; ability to influence stakeholders.High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applicationsAbility to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clientsAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
