Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Attend all incoming & outgoing shipments, include material or finished goods.
• Relocate components within the warehouse from one location to another as needed (e.g., from storage to production activities).
• Re-pack material to suit production / customer requirements.
• Prepare and fill out the necessary documentation on all receiving forms, shipping documentation and production tallies as needed.
• Operate hand and power-driven trucks for receiving, shipping and production coverage activities.
• Maintain work area good housekeeping, including 5S and compliance with safety standards.
• Operate system application device / equipment to move and locate components in all areas of the plant and operation locations.
• Follow all applicable Safety Rules and policies such as Truck Safety, PPE, Process Safety and Emergency Action.
• Follow current work instructions and ensure adherence to Quality Control Plan and related SOPs.
• Maintain good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Commit towards the company Integrated Management System (IMS).

The JV between these two companies leads to the objective of design, development and manufacturing of Front End Module (FEM) for OEMs in Malaysia as well as South East Asia (ASEAN) market. Hicom HBPO is currently growing to establish new product development (NPD) of FEM which also produces and supplies to local OEMs.
