Staff Engineer (Process & Equipment)

Overview

Job Title : PROCESS & EQUIPMENT ENGINEER- BACKEND / LABELING ENGINEERING

Responsibilities

• Develop or maintain a plan to meet engineering KPI and high standard of operation.
• Formulate programs to simplify backend processes and automate operations to improve operation / HPU and achieve cost savings.
• Establish labeling processes and tester / equipment capacity / productivity models for integrated automation.
• Maintain label testers and vision inspection machines, including maintenance, software upgrades or development as needed.
• Ensure control, equipment maintenance, setup, safety, PCP are carried out to meet product specifications.
• Lead a group of AE / techs / MS to support projects and daily tasks, and support on-time delivery, reduce scrap and rework.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership, development, and training as required.
