Qualifications
Minimum Diploma, Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Requirements : - Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Responsible and able to work independently

Job Descriptions : - Basic knowledge on Operating system such as Windows
Handles any implementation of new software and hardware upgradesMaintain proper records of IT Asset ManagementResponsible for overall day-to-day computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network, telephone and application support the Business continuity requirementsMaintain ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtimeExcellent communication & problem solving skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team playerProven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsTo work on 12 hours shift including weekend and public holidays (weekly 2 days rest day)
