Penerangan pekerjaanHandles any implementation of new software and hardware upgrades Maintain proper records of IT Asset Management Responsible for overall day-to-day computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network, telephone and application support the Business continuity requirements Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtime Excellent communication & problem solving skills Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team player Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills To work on 12 hours shift including weekend and public holidays (weekly 2 days rest day)
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma, Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Requirements : - Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
