Overview
Location : Johor, Malaysia
We’re seeking a proactive professional with 3–5 years of experience in payments, FMCG, or O2O industries. This field-based role focuses on driving adoption of solutions, managing merchant relationships, and ensuring seamless payment operations across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Merchant Enablement : Ensure proper setup for payment acceptance (QR codes, POS, terminals). Conduct field checks to boost transaction success and usage. Train merchants on payment processes and resolve operational issues.
- Project & Resource Coordination : Support BD team with merchant onboarding, campaigns, and operations. Manage payment materials (QR stands, devices, stickers) and ensure brand-compliant deployment. Collaborate with internal teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and China.
- Performance & Insights : Monitor transaction data, identify issues, and drive resolutions. Provide market feedback to optimize campaigns and payment strategies. Stay agile and informed on tech trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Diploma or higher in any field.Fluent in English and Chinese; strong cross-cultural communication.Familiarity with offline merchant ecosystems and payment systems.Strong relationship-building and data analysis skills.Willingness to travel and work on-site; high sense of responsibility and execution.For prompt responses, please email your resume to :
