Cloud Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Cloud Engineers (Senior or Mid-Level) who are passionate about Azure Cloud and Zero Trust architecture. You will be part of the GSC – NSC IT Infrastructure Team , supporting Eurofins’ shared IT services across the globe.

You’ll work with highly skilled teams to build, deploy, and manage Azure cloud environments that power thousands of users worldwide. This role involves both BUILD and RUN responsibilities in Azure Cloud and Microsoft PaaS services such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Fabric .

Candidates must be able to work during the second half of the Malaysia timezone (typically from 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM MYT) to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Azure Cloud infrastructure (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS).

Configure and maintain Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric , and related environments.

Implement and manage Azure governance, compliance, and segregation controls .

Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) , Conditional Access, and role-based permissions.

Perform environment provisioning, refresh, backup, and disaster recovery (DR) .

Automate deployments and repetitive tasks using PowerShell, ARM / Bicep, or DevOps pipelines .

Collaborate with solution and application teams on design and migration projects.

Maintain quality documentation (SOPs, setup guides, process documentation).

Requirements

Must-Have Skills :

Hands‑on experience with Azure VMs, Subscriptions, VNETs, NSGs, Peering, and Security setup .

Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Azure Entra ID / IAM knowledge (roles, Conditional Access, app registration).

Experience with backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery in Azure.

Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Willingness and ability to work in the second half of Malaysia time (supporting global teams).

Nice‑to‑Have Skills :

Experience with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Microsoft Fabric .

Familiarity with Azure Policy , DevOps (IaC) , and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) .

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
