Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer, or in a similar role. Expert in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar. Experience in Windows / Linux platforms; on-premise experience is a plus. Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) and AWS core services (EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, SSM, CloudWatch). Familiarity with automation tools / frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda is a plus. AWS, security, or other infrastructure certifications are advantageous. Shift rotation is required with extra compensation. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese. Competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Design, Architect & Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategies in AWS environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or technologies (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Deploy observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc.) for system health monitoring.
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for scalable and repeatable provisioning.
- Provide technical guidance and support across internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure processes align with organizational standards.
